Doctor Oliver and his crew are the best!! From start to finish they were knowledgeable, thorough and always kept us informed while my son had his braces. The office is beautiful, clean and very welcoming to patients and their families. It’s easy to schedule appointments (and reschedule when needed). Appointments never took longer than expected and my son always enjoyed his visit. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and we highly recommend Oyster Orthodontics!

UPDATE!!!!! Dr. Oliver personally reached out to me to apologize and offered me the opportunity to come back into the office so he could speak with me farther and address my concerns. He answered all of my questions and fixed the minor discomfort I was having. I felt Dr. Oliver was sincere and genuine in ensuring that I was 100% satisfiedbefore leaving the office…And I am. Thank you to Dr. Oliver and Hannah for such excellent care! This is the Oyster Ortho care know.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I will start off by saying from day one of my consultation Dr. Donaghey and staff were amazing which is why I chose him as my orthodontist. I felt he honest and truly cared about giving me the best smile/results…. until today my last post braces appointment.I was expressing some concerns with some minor discomfort with my bite. Dr. Donaghey was VERY dismissive. He walked away mid conversation stating “We aren’t correcting any of that and everything looks good” as I spoke about the things that bothered me. I will give him some grace and say maybe today was not a good day for him. However, it was disappointing ! All in all I still think it’s a great office and hopefully this review will make him more mindful of such behavior even if he doesn’t agree with the patient.

Dr. Donaghey and Dr. Oliver, along with the whole Oyster Ortho team is phenomenal! When walking in the door, we are always greeted and welcomed with a smile. They provided excellent quality and care for my son. I truly don’t know where to start with all the good things I have to say about Oyster Ortho. From the beginning of my treatment everyone was so nice and informative. The girls in the back always make you feel so comfortable and explain everything going on very well. Dr. Oliver and Dr. Donaghey are the absolute BEST and really have their patients best interest in mind. They keep you informed and talk to you like a friend. Appointments are always easy and accommodating. Jackie, Lisa and Leigh were always there to help me and answer any questions I had.
